Mike has spent his career working across development, construction and project delivery, successfully leading schemes from acquisition and planning through to construction and completion.
His experience covers residential, mixed-use and commercial developments, with a particular focus on identifying opportunities, overcoming challenges and creating value through effective development management.
Having worked across multiple sectors of the construction and property industry, Mike brings a practical understanding of the commercial, technical and operational considerations that underpin successful project delivery.
Throughout his career he has been involved in a wide range of developments, including luxury waterfront apartments, bespoke residential schemes and larger multi-unit developments across the South West.
Today, Mike leads DMS, bringing together experienced development, commercial and construction professionals to provide clients and stakeholders with a trusted delivery partner.
